This video shows some 3D pictures, 2D, drawings and some of the claymodels in their different stages.
This video shows a series of pictures that were made in a 2D drawing program whereby I superimposed people, places and such into composite images which i then used in a simple animation I created in a 3D software program. The images used in this video are lost due to a failure on my part to do a backup when i changed to a different computer so this video is all that is left of them unfortunately. The music is a Star Wars beat mix that I did specifically for this video. The video is political in nature and highlights the true nature of world leaders and institutions through a Star Wars theme.
This video contains mild and brief nudity so feel free to skip this one if it's not appropriate for you at this time. I wanted to create a small scene that for all intents and purposes looked like it had been taken from a larger Anime movie. So here's how I did it. I created the actress's animations in one program and then recorded it using green screen and then I created and animated the backdrops and SFX including the camera pans to roughly correspond to the camera movements the model was recorded in.
I then blended the two to clips to create a composite small "take" and tried to make them fit together as seamlessly as possible, which was incredibly difficult not least because the program i worked with had a less than professional green screen removing feature which resulted in some greens being left or more taken away of the model then I wanted. And then I added the soundtrack and the sound effects in editing. All in all i think about 10 programs where used and every trick in the book to create this small little video. I can not take credit for the images used in the backdrops apart from having blended them together. I regret using Windows Moviemaker for the editing because it cheated me on the letter "D" at the end even though I'm 100% certain i typed it. Also it lacked in features and stability. Now in retrospect I wish i had put more effort into the animations but considering how much work there was I had to move at a furious pace or I would still be working on it to this day.
